Thoughtful Thursday: Quit Comparing Yourself to Others

Really.  Just stop.

You don’t know where they are in their journey.  You don’t know how many times they’ve had to stop and start again.  You don’t know how long they’ve been doing what they’re doing.

It isn’t healthy and it isn’t going to make you any better in the long run.  Focus on what you’re doing and the progress that you are making.

This doesn’t just apply to working out but to life in general.
