Sometimes it’s just hard to find motivation. Some days are harder than others. There are times when I feel like I’m working so hard but nothing is happening.
It is though.
I knew I would feel this way so when I started working out I started taking pictures.
Scales are not always a good way to see what you have accomplished.
And sometimes even if you take measurements it is hard to visualize exactly what that extra inch or inches looked like when it was actually on your body.
Pictures help keep me moving forward.
I’m not where I want to be but I’m better than I was. I feel better physically, mentally and emotionally.
99% of the time I LOVE going to workout. I love the feeling of accomplishment afterward. I know that once I go I won’t be kicking myself for the rest of the day (and the next day, truthfully) for being a pansy and skipping my workout.
